The Franklin Chauffeur
The Franklin Chauffeur, LLC was founded in 2000 by Benjamin Franklin Rigney. “Mr. Franklin” saw the need for a private car/sedan service provider to/from the Hunt Valley, MD area and went right to work providing this service to guests at the local hotels and various corporations. He worked alone for over ten years, assisting other individuals establish their own sedan services until 2010 when his daughter and son in law joined the company full time.
Mr. Franklin was the eleventh child of seventeen children born and raised in Baltimore City. His father was a street car operator in the Walbrook and Mt. Washington areas of Baltimore
Mr. Franklin established and sold four other companies providing various services to people during his life time. He has since passed on and the company is now owned by his daughter.

The Franklin Chauffeur, LLC is owned and operated by individuals who have been previous employees of large corporations and understand the complexity of servicing the corporate/business traveler. They are also familiar with the small business traveler since they have also owned and operated their own small businesses.
We work closely with your corporate/business traveler to provide personal service. The traveler has direct contact with their driver from the moment they land at the airport or arrive at the train station.
Our drivers are very familiar with the area and are familiar with most of the corporations in and around the Baltimore Metro area, specializing in the Hunt Valley area.
